Communications

At Serlin International Limousine we utilize next generation in-car LimoPad™, cellular and AT&T "Push to Talk" technologies to provide fast two-way communications between the office and the vehicle, tracking chauffeur and ride status with integrated GPS monitoring. The LimoPad™ technology provides real-time traffic, directions and flight information to our chauffeurs. This technology also can also instantaneously generate ride receipts on site. Our triple redundancy and GPS location identification insures that we will always get your vehicle to you promptly.

GDS & Online Booking

Our system integrates seamlessly with all major GDS (Global Distribution System) booking tools including Sabre, Galileo, Apollo, Worldspan, Concur and others that my be selected by your travel departments and agencies. Corporate administrators and individuals can also book for themselves and others through our online portal making your reservations "phoneless" and "paperless" and offering you more convenience, efficiency and accuracy. You can book, change and cancel reservations, receive confirmations by e-mail, and retrieve receipts and detailed travel reports.

Environmental Responsibility

Serlin International Limousine is committed to environmental policies (PDF download) to continuously reduce our carbon footprint. Our staff ASA technicians proactively service our fleet to maintain optimum fuel economy and minimize emissions. We utilize comprehensive fuel consumption reporting to measure effectiveness. We continue to add hybrid, flex-fuel, and fuel efficient vehicles to our fleet. Fluids are captured and recycled and DEP regulations are closely followed at our 12,000sf operations center. We recycle and reduce paper use in administration and utilize electronic confirmations, receipts, reports and trip tickets.
